Can I join even if my cycle is irregular or I'm not practicing cycle syncing?

Absolutely! We know not every woman is the same, and Tribe22 is designed for everyone—whether you have a regular cycle, an irregular cycle, no cycle, PCOS, endometriosis, or are transgender. Our approach focuses on working with YOUR body's unique rhythms, whether that’s based on hormonal fluctuations, energy levels, or lifestyle factors. You don’t need to be actively cycle syncing to benefit. We provide adaptable strategies to help you optimise your performance, recovery, and overall well-being in a way that works best for you.
